The #1 Daily Action That Will Consistently Help You Manifest More Money

Did you know, according to a 2018 study by Freeletics, people who exercise regularly make $25,000 or more than those who do not exercise? 

You are made of energy and energy is in your body. You are a massive energetic being in a really small physical form. So, when you don't exercise your small physical form and your massive internal energies start to grow, your body and energy struggle with one another. 

Many of us have heard that we need to take care of our bodies. But, it’s important to understand that the body is both physical AND energetic. Your body is vibrationally alive!

Physical exercise, especially mindful movement, allows the energy in your body to flow through you, so you don't get stuck in a rut in your life. When you are moving with more fluidity, everything in your life flows more easily, including money. 

Mindful exercise helps money flow in and through your life with more ease. When you are in your head and not moving your body, money tends to have a “stop and go,” flow, especially if you are worried about money. Inconsistent cash flow is a HUGE stressor for many people. 

When you are in your body and enjoying life, you are more open to manifest and receive more money. What if consistent mindful movement could create consistent cash flow in your life?

To understand why mindful movement can help you manifest more money, you may need to look at it from a different perspective. 

Let’s take a look at how you can begin creating more movement with your body while increasing your flow of money.

Exercise helps you value yourself more.

Money is energy. Money is spirit in action. So, from a universal standpoint, if you value your body, other humans will value you too. 

Like attracts like. If you value your body, the universe hears you in a vibrational way: “Oh, this person values themself. They are valuable. Let’s give them more.” 

If you don't value yourself, the universe is like, “Oh, they don't value themselves. They are not valuable. Let’s not give them more.” Or, even worse, the universe gives you the crappiness you think about yourself instead!

Look at how you value your time - if you value your time, then you must value how you spend your time. You’ll spend more time on the things you value. If you value your body, put time into it. When you value something in your life, you give it time. Exercising in just one way to value yourself. And the universe is listening ;) 

Your body is directly related to your bank account. 

If somebody were to ask me, “What's the #1 reason why your business has grown so fast?” I would tell them, “it's my commitment to my body.”

Hands down. 

I practice mindful movement not only with my exercise, but also  in my day-to-day activities like walking, sitting and standing. This mindfulness also includes engaging and tapping into fascia in my body. 

Fascia is a matrix of connective tissue covering the entire body. It helps hold the human body up, gives the body shape and allows the body to jump and hop with springiness. 

According to John F. Barnes, PT: 

“Fascia is very densely woven, covering and interpenetrating every muscle, bone, nerve, artery and vein, as well as, all of our internal organs including the heart, lungs, brain and spinal cord. The most interesting aspect of the fascial system is that it is not just a system of separate coverings. It is actually one continuous structure that exists from head to toe without interruption. In this way you can begin to see that each part of the entire body is connected to every other part by the fascia, like the yarn in a sweater.”

Just like the fascia connects the body as a whole, so does our spirit connect our minds and bodies. This mindful movement practice (that is all about fascia), is feminine, it allows you to flow, and it's very meditative. I like to think of it as “fun, curvy, bouncy yoga.” 

What's neat is that for people who have a hard time meditating or sitting, it's a really powerful way of accessing meditation through movement. It's slow, full embodiment practice. From the place of full embodiment, you are fully present — and from this place, you are able manifest fast. 

Your job is to feel good—whether that’s in your physical body, your relationships, or your bank account. The quicker you feel good, the faster the money flows to you. Getting out of your mind and into your body will help you manifest whatever you want!

Do More of What You Love

Get excited and feel good. Get your body moving! If you love dancing and it’s been awhile, get yourself dancing! If you love nature walks, get out into nature! If you miss roller skating, go to a rink now! 

When my clients are struggling in their business, I don't tell them to do more business. I tell them to do their “thing”— and each client has a different thing that they love to do; from dancing, hiking to going to dinner with friends. 

Doing what you love - moving your body the way you love - creates flow. And flow manifests money faster. 

The specifics don’t matter—all that matters is that once my clients start doing what they love, all of a sudden their business will explode!
